About Nicholas Lutsenko

Personally Nick was born and raised in Vernon BC and is fortunate enough to call the Okanagan home. Growing up in the Okanagan, Nick took full advantage of everything this beautiful place has to offer. Nick is an avid outdoorsman who loves to spend his spare time fishing, snowboarding or anything else that involves adventure and the great outdoors. Professionally Nick entered into the workforce at a young age and learned very quickly that hard work and dedication pays off. His ambition and goal orientated mindset has kept him advancing ever since, his work experience ranges from food establishments to the automobile and construction industries. Nick spent time working in the Alberta oil sands and there decided to pursue his interest for real estate. He completed his Real Estate Trading Services course while working long hours away from home. Growing up in a family that was heavily involved in the construction business, Nick was involved in working for the family business and learned many valuable things about the housing industry. Nick’s personal attention to detail, his passion for real estate and his never ending drive to see his clients succeed make him an incredible real estate agent.
